Job description
We are working with a MNC firm to search for an IT Senior Executive to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and execute end-to-end process for assigned projects
Develop plans based on business priorities together with local and global stakeholders
Estimate budget and get approval for procurement
Ensure IT infrastructure and equipment run at optimum performance
Manage IT equipment inventory, its status and life cycle
Manage daily incidents and inquiries and resolve them with global IT teams, local business teams, and vendors.
Manage change/enhancement requests from end to end.
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelor’s in IT-related discipline
At least 3-5 years of IT experience
MUST HAVE:
Strong knowledge in iOS and Windows OS
Strong knowledge in POS, AWS
Experienced in Microsoft Office skills or G suite (Basic)
