With a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Yu Shan began her recruitment career with a boutique recruitment company.

As a researcher in various functions across Southeast Asia, Yu Shan started with Finance and Operations in the Financial Services industry, before expanding her coverage to include Digital and Technology.

With strong recruitment experience as a researcher, Yu Shan has notable experience with candidates in the Financial Services and Commerce sectors. In this time, Yu Shan has also worked with international Finance institutions across South East Asia on several mass recruitment projects, where she has been successfully in closing several regional positions.

Yu Shan is now a full fledged consultant as a part of the Regional Technology team with Charterhouse Asia.

In her leisure time, Yu Shan enjoys trying out different sports to keep herself active.
