Nix Bo

​​Nix graduated from the University of Science Malaysia with a degree in Management, majoring in Operation Management. Since 2018, Nix has been a dynamic force in the recruitment industry, specialising in placement within the mass staffing market. Her expertise spans various sectors, including FMCG, government projects, e-commerce and logistics, retail, and food & beverages.

Rising from a junior consultant to a leadership role, Nix is adept in high-volume placement and subcontracting projects, particularly in business process outsourcing (BPO) that involves piece rate and output-based models.

Outside of her professional life, Nix enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction books. Her passion for reading allows her to gain diverse perspectives and insights.
