Job description
This is an excellent platform for a senior talent management and learning & development professional to join my client, a large locally listed company.
You will design and implement talent identification, management frameworks, learning strategy initiatives and succession planning to groom and retain future leaders within the organisation. You will also partnering with key internal stakeholders and business leaders on talent initiatives and leanring roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of Talent Management and Learning & Development experience. You will have solid grasp of talent management, and both online and offline L&D initiatives. You should come across as an affable and highly motivated individual who is able to excel in a highly matrixed environment.
