Responsibilities:

• You will design a transformative platform that enhances collaboration and streamlines deal flow.

• You will serve as the key liaison between development teams and senior stakeholders.

• Oversee project progress, risks, and issues while facilitating effective communication.

• Lead agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and ensure team alignment with agile principles.

• Mentor and coach team members, ensuring balanced skill sets and fostering professional growth.

• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and implement productivity enhancements.

• Contribute to strategic planning and IT transformation direction.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects or serving as a Lead Software Engineer on major projects.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.

• Basic understanding of architecture frameworks.

• Insight into corporate and investment banking, particularly in financing.

• Strong grasp of SDLC.

• Analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Innovative and proactive mindset with strong team collaboration.

• Hands-on approach with excellent communication skills in English.
