Job description
This leadership role requires a deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, a passion for emerging technologies (IOT & 5G), and a proven ability to implement effective, hands-on solutions to complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Vulnerability Assessments:
Lead in-depth cybersecurity assessments to uncover security weaknesses and devise actionable strategies to address them.
Threat Intelligence:
Analyze and interpret emerging threats, using the latest intelligence to stay proactive in mitigating risks.
Custom Security Solutions:
Design and implement specialized cybersecurity strategies that tackle unique challenges.
Lead & Guide:
Take charge of technical decision-making within the team, providing expert guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity solutions.
Collaborative Development:
Work alongside team members on technical and software engineering initiatives, advancing the company’s cybersecurity capabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 15 years in cybersecurity with a focus on hands-on technical roles and real-world application.
Deep familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Singapore CSA Codes of Practice).
Expertise in both traditional IT infrastructures and IoT (Internet of Things) environments.
Extensive experience with a variety of cybersecurity tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
A genuine interest in staying informed about the latest developments and trends in cybersecurity.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience in consulting or professional services.
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Bash, Python, C, or C++.
