Head of Digital Product

Job description

Our client is seeking a Head of Product to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience leading a team of at least 8-10 members, along with a strong background in product engineering. They must be well-versed in the entire product management lifecycle, from ideation to execution. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, results-driven leader to play a key role in shaping and advancing the company's product development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy, driving key outcomes and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products, ensuring successful rollouts

• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of product strategies and launches

• Define and track NSM and key product metrics to measure the success of product initiatives

• Analyze data, iterate features, and focus on achieving optimal outcomes

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of experience in product management within Internet/eCommerce, or related industries

• Proven success in leading product teams and delivering impactful products to market

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and product management tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
