Job description

​The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of data center solutions and a successful history in sales and business development. This position will identify market opportunities, engage with customers, manage accounts, and oversee the bidding process for data center cooling solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate market opportunities for data center cooling solutions by identifying customer requirements and aligning with emerging industry trends

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

  • Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention while actively pursuing opportunities for account growth and new business acquisition

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance market presence

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of business development experience in data center solutions with at least 3-5 years in people management

  • Proven track record in managing accounts within the data center industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
