VP, Business Analyst, Process Re-Engineering (Wholesale Banking)

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with operations teams to review and design target processes.

• Work closely with operations teams to develop list of efficiency projects and monitor the delivery.

• Analyze, design, model and map the processes

• Conduct meetings to review the list of initiatives with senior stakeholders to ensure it is relevant

• Conduct training on process re-engineering principles, methodology and artifacts required.

• Compiling and publish monthly metrics to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 7 years of experience in change management roles

• Strong process modelling, analysis, and design

• Good knowledge of the wholesale banking business i.e. trade finance, cash management

• Comfortable working in a cross-divisional and multi-stakeholder environment

• Strong in lean or Six sigma concept
