Head of End User Services (Financial Services)

Job description

 We are working with a Global bank with strong presence in Asia to seek for a VP to join their Singapore team

Reporting to the Group CIO you will partner closely with various stakeholders on business requirements for end-user services.

As the Head of End User, you will be responsible for developing new strategy, leading management and operations of end-user computing, M365, Big Data, SAP, Board Management, plan and deliver new projects and programs.

You will also be responsible for analysing end-user services conditions and recommending alternative technologies to improve service quality with high level of performance.

As the team lead, you will be responsible for driving high performance and development of the team.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree

- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience

- MUST HAVE:

(a) Experienced in managing end user computing (Desktop Imaging (Windows & Mac), Microsoft 365, Video/voice conferencing, Telephony, MDM/Intune, SCCM, Application packing, Windows GPOs)

(b) Strong knowledge in system development life cycle, and IT security

(c) Experienced in managing / developing next generation digital workspace

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
