Job Description:
Process daily settlements for various Treasury products, including but not limited to FX, Money Markets, and MASB, following regulatory requirements and the bank’s internal policies.
Participate in Treasury-related projects, system enhancements within the bank, and industry-wide initiatives.
Handle payment-related tasks, including customer inquiries, information requests, and any non-STP payment transactions.
Perform daily reconciliation of nostro accounts and periodic reporting to MAS.
Draft and review Treasury Settlement procedures and conduct training for the Operations Team.
Assist with fixed deposit, loan operations, and other operational tasks as needed.
Complete any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
At least 5 years of experience in Treasury Operations.
Familiarity with the settlement process and regulatory requirements.
Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), DTCC reporting, IRS, and CCS is advantageous.
Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills for problem-solving.
