Job description

​We are working with a leading firm and as part of their continued growth, Charterhouse has been engaged to search for a incident manager to join their Singapore team.

As the incident manager, you are responsible for managing all technology incidents, drive resolution and ensuring key stakeholders.

You will also be working closely with all support team (L2/L3) to ensure timely resolution of incident and escalate all process breakdown related case.

You will also be responsible for running root cause analysis meeting to identify root cause, lesson learnt, and preventive actions.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Min. 5 years in related field

  • MUST HAVE:

    1. Experienced in Incident and Problem Management

    2. Strong knowledge in AWS technology

    3. Experienced ServiceNow
