Job description
An amazing chance awaits you to become a part of the Enterprise Architecture function of a prominent bank.
This role holds great importance for the organization, as the successful candidate will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders in both business and IT domains. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering top-notch, enterprise-capable solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to craft practical roadmaps that lead the enterprise towards its future vision, taking into account business, technical, and delivery constraints.
Assess stakeholder requirements, existing architecture, and identified gaps to establish a future architecture vision for specific areas of the enterprise. Emphasize reduced complexity, cost efficiency, reuse, convergence, risk reduction, and improved business capabilities.
Take part in defining and implementing the architecture governance process, ensuring that all change initiatives align with the established vision and roadmaps.
Engage closely with Domain Architects in key projects to apply architecture principles and standards. Develop reference architectures and design patterns to support these initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrates expertise in various integration mechanisms with open systems, AS400, and Mainframe.
Adaptable to vendor-intensive environments, capable of effectively communicating complex topics using appropriate levels of detail and language for different situations.
Displays independence and a quick learning ability.
Possesses excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues at various levels of seniority.
Exhibits exceptional analytical skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Shows a strong passion for continuous learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
