We are seeking an ERM Manager to join the Enterprise Risk Management team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, fostering a risk-aware culture within organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the conceptualization, development, operationalization, and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework and Policy.

  • Innovate and standardize risk templates, refining existing ones to align seamlessly with the IAF framework.

  • Translate the strategic directives and objectives set by the Senior Management Team or Head of Risk.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ERM matters, encompassing the identification of potential risk elements, monitoring the evolving landscape, and specifying key controls to address risks at divisional/regional offices.

  • Identify emerging risks in project activities, working closely with team members and serving as a trusted advisor to the business.

  • Take charge of risk training initiatives, instilling a pervasive risk mindset and culture, and conducting comprehensive training sessions and reviews with stakeholders.

  • Develop a quarterly newsletter on Risk Awareness, fostering a pervasive Risk Awareness Culture within PIL.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree, BCM Certification, or equivalent qualification.

  • Accumulate a minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or Business Continuity Management.

  • Showcase expertise in drafting and implementing policies and procedures, offering strategic direction for RM implementation.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in governance, control development, and a robust understanding of risk frameworks.

  • Exhibit strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Embrace a collaborative approach as a team player with a positive, pragmatic, flexible, and creative mindset.
