​With more than 7 years of experience in customer service, Benazir has honed her skills in providing exceptional support and resolving customer issues effectively. During this time, she has also had the opportunity to pursue her passion for travel by working as a cabin crew member. This incredible experience allowed her to explore various countries, immerse herself in different cultures, and enhance her communication and problem-solving abilities.

Additionally, Benazir has gained valuable experience in an Executive Assistant role with a focus on internal hiring portfolios. This position has allowed her to develop strong organizational and multitasking skills, as she has been responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate databases, and providing administrative support to the hiring team. This has further fueled her interest in the field of recruitment, leading her to join Charterhouse to explore this area further.

Outside of work, Benazir has a passion for exploring culinary delights and enjoys trying out new and unique food experiences.
